One of many small passes in the Drome, a pre-Alpine area on the western edge of the French Alps that we haven't fully explored yet, this one is the highest road this far west, between Mont Ventoux to the south and the Vercors to the north.
Its especially scenic around the summit area and all down the northern side, which starts to look similar to the Vercors type of scenery.
